At Slides & Beyond, we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, security, and integrity of all information entrusted to us. We recognize the importance of protecting our clients’ sensitive business information and apply appropriate safeguards throughout our service delivery process.
We treat all client documents, communications, and project-related information as confidential. Our employees, translators, and external collaborators are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and use client information exclusively for the purposes of delivering the agreed services. Confidentiality agreements are implemented where applicable or contractually required.
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect client information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse. Project files are handled through designated communication and storage channels, and access is limited to personnel involved in delivering the relevant services.
Client documents and project-related information are retained only as necessary for service delivery, quality assurance, administrative requirements, and applicable legal obligations. Clients may request the deletion of their project files, subject to contractual, operational, and legal retention requirements.
